If you do not agree to these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our Site and must discontinue use immediately. These terms govern website access and digital usage only.

All content, design, graphics, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in San Francisco, California. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action.
7. Text Messaging Program
7.1 Enrollment
You must expressly opt in to receive text messages from Bauer’s Intelligent Transportation. By enrolling, you consent
to receive recurring automated text messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You
must be 18 or older to enroll.
7.2 Message Types
Trip and reservation confirmations, driver and vehicle assignment, ETA and pickup updates, service alerts, and billing
reminders, as well as marketing messages including promotions, event and charter availability, and shuttle program
news.
7.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and may change based on your bookings and how you interact with us.
7.4 Your Wireless Plan
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7.5 Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message, or text STOP to +1 (833) 841-1955. We will send one confirmation, and you will receive
no further text messages unless you opt in again.

7.7 Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the
above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared
with any third parties.
We share mobile numbers only with the providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, who are contractually
barred from using them for any other purpose. Any other sharing described in our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use
expressly excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.
8. Email Communications
8.1 Enrollment
You must expressly opt in to receive marketing email from Bauer’s Intelligent Transportation. Consent is not a
condition of purchase. We also send transactional email about a quote or reservation you have requested.
8.2 Message Types
Service offers and promotions, event and charter transportation availability, shuttle and commuter program news,
company newsletters, and customer surveys. We use the name, company, and service details you provide to tailor the
content and timing of these messages.
8.3 Unsubscribing
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to privacy@bauersit.com. We honor requests within ten
business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop email about a
reservation you have booked.
8.4 Your Email Information
We do not sell your email address. We share it only with the providers that operate our email, CRM, and analytics
systems under contract and on our instructions, with Bauer’s operating entities providing the service you requested,
and where required by law.
