The Santa hats are on, someone is taking the group photo, and the evening is just getting started. With music and mood lighting on board, the ride gives friends more time to enjoy each other’s company. Your chauffeur takes care of the road while the conversation carries on.
Which kind of bar crawl can we plan?
We can arrange transportation for your own bar-hopping itinerary or the journey to and from an organized crawl. San Francisco, San José, Palo Alto, and the East Bay are all options. The route depends on where your group wants to spend the evening.
Some bars are close enough to explore on foot. We build the vehicle journey around the stretches where a ride makes sense.

- Pickup, agreed transfers between bars, and return

- Friends choosing their own venues and pace
For ticketed crawls, event admission and bar purchases are arranged separately.
- Transportation plan
- Travel to the check-in area and pickup afterward

- Groups joining an organizer’s event

- Restaurant pickup or a dinner stop within the itinerary

- A longer catch-up before the night gets livelier
What do you need to get a quote?
We can start with three things: your date, group size, and pickup location. If you already have favorite bars in mind, include them. A rough plan is enough for an initial conversation.
Your quote depends on the vehicle, rental duration, and route. We’ll review the details with you and confirm the transportation arrangements before you reserve.
How does booking work?
-
1. We review your night out
We plan the route around the bars your group wants to visit, with time to settle in at each stop before heading to the next.
-
2. We match the ride to your group
We recommend an available party bus or shuttle, including any accessibility requirements and the onboard features you want.
-
3. We arrange pickup and the return
We agree on meeting points and departure times, so friends know where to gather after the final stop.

FAQs
Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers
-
How do I book a party bus for a Bay Area bar crawl?
Send us three things: your date, group size, and pickup location, through the form or at 866.533.2035. We’ll recommend the right vehicle, plan the route around your bars, and confirm everything with you before you reserve.
-
Do we need the full bar list before asking for a quote?
No. A rough plan is enough for the first conversation, and you can share the bar list as the night takes shape. If your group already has favorites in mind, include them and we’ll build around those.
-
Should we book a party bus or a shuttle? What’s the difference?
It depends on what you want the ride to be. A party bus, with music and mood lighting on board, keeps the energy going between stops, so the night doesn’t pause when the group boards. A shuttle is the option when the priority is simply getting everyone to the crawl and back. Both come with a chauffeur handling the road while the conversation carries on.
-
How many people can come?
Small party buses hold 18 to 20, medium party buses 25 to 28, and luxury shuttles seat 23, 27, or 31. Tell us your headcount and we’ll confirm the available vehicle and its features for your date.
-
Can we plan our own route, or does this only work for organized crawls?
Both work. We can run your own bar-hopping itinerary, with pickup, transfers between bars, and the return. Or we can get your group to a ticketed holiday crawl’s check-in and pick everyone up afterward. There’s also the classic third plan: dinner first, then a few bars, all in one itinerary.
-
Which cities can the crawl happen in?
San Francisco, San José, Palo Alto, and the East Bay are all options. The route depends on where your group wants to spend the evening, and the quote reflects the plan you choose.
-
How does the night flow? Does the bus move with us from bar to bar?
The route is planned around your stops, with time to settle in at each bar before heading to the next. Your group isn’t watching the clock; the plan already has the rhythm of the night built in, and the chauffeur is ready when it’s time to move.
-
Some of our bars are a block apart. Do we really ride between every stop?
No, and that’s a sign of a well-planned route. Some bars are close enough to explore on foot, so we build the vehicle journey around the stretches where a ride makes sense: the neighborhood changes, the hills, and the end of the night.
-
How does the ride home work after the last bar?
Before the night starts, we agree on meeting points and departure times, so friends know exactly where to gather after the final stop. The night ends with everyone on board telling the story of it, not on a corner comparing rideshare prices.
-
How late can the night go?
Late returns are part of the plan, not an exception to it. Our own dispatch runs 24/7/365, supporting the trip throughout the night, so the last stop can be as late as your group’s energy allows.
-
Do you have ADA-accessible vehicles?
Yes, ADA-accessible vehicles are available upon request. Tell us about any accessibility needs when you request your quote, and the vehicle recommendation will account for them from the start.
-
How far in advance should we book a December bar crawl?
The same December weekends that fill up with holiday parties are the big bar crawl nights, including SantaCon weekend, and party buses are the first vehicles to go. If your group has picked a date, book the ride the same week. The bar list can come later.
